Eligibility

• Older adults, their families and partners who live in
• Cambridge or Somerville
• Caregivers who care for someone in Cambridge or Somerville
• Caregivers who live in Cambridge or Somerville and care for someone long distance

Fees

• Elder Care Advisor consultations are free to the community.
