Casemanager

Job Description: The Casemanager is responsible for supporting the dignity and independence of the disabled and people age 60 and over in need of assistance by assessing their situations, identifying unmet needs, arranging for, and coordinating services to meet those needs and advocating with other agencies on behalf of the client.

Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field plus one-year human service experience. Fluency in Portuguese or Creole a plus. Vehicle strongly preferred.

Compensation: Low $30s depending on degree, licensure and experience.
