Home Care Supervisor

Job Description: The Home Care Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the Home Care team and the clinical and administrative supervision of the Case Managers and other Home Care staff as assigned. Will participate in quality improvement activities according to agency plans and guidelines. Will provide overall supervision of client cases in Home Care and SCO programs.

Requirements: Minimum BSW/LSW and 2 years of supervision experience. MSW with LCSW or LICSW licensure strongly preferred. Group leadership experience and knowledge of a foreign language (Portuguese, Spanish, Haitian Creole) a plus.

Compensation: Mid to high $40s depending on degree, experience and licensure.
