Caregiver Support

Many older people and people with disabilities rely on family members and friends to help maintain their independence. Caregivers may sometimes find this responsibility challenging and stressful. That is why Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services offers the Family Caregiver Support program.

Caregivers can access advice and information from our Elder Care Advisors. They can also access services that may help - services such as the Personal Care Attendant Program, Respite Services For Caregivers, and Take Charge.
