Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services promotes the right of all individuals to live with dignity, in the setting of their choice by offering older people, younger people with disabilities, and caregivers the information, services and support needed to make choices which enhance health, well being and independence. While services are provided to eligible residents of Cambridge and Somerville, some services are available to residents of the Greater Boston area.
Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services, Inc. and its programs are funded, in whole or in part, by contract or grants with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs, the Older Americans Act, local funds, foundations, and private contributions.
